  In addition to having movie✨ star names, Jewelle and Venus took great care of me both times I came in to get food for my husband and I. The fries were cooked better than most ever are at Wendy's (not under done) and they were just so sweet andafe sure my order was correct. Someone almost gave me less than I ordered but Jewelle's attention to detail caught it and had me well taken care of. Especially her late night energy was a beacon of hope in what is otherwise one of the worst pilots I've been to. (4 the pilot: Which seems to have more to do with shear volume than employee neglect) Generally when the truck stop is this rough, this crowed and when the food places are this busy the standards drop. But these ladies and several others that were working take really good care of this place. It's clean, the lobby and the kitchen, which I don't even feel clean walking through the parking lot here, but somehow they hold it together and never seen to let the pressure get them down or let the stations suffer. I think they deserve a raise, a bonus and a genuine thank you because I guarantee it's not just me that responds well to the way they run this Wendy's, like it's their very own pride and joy!! Ladies bless you in all theost important ways. You will go far being so awesome 😎 ps- thanks for talking me into the coffee and then making it with love!

  The employees recognize me and know my order by memory. I enjoy going to this location because of them.

  Went to the drive thru around 11pm and the lady who took the oder was not friendly. Once receiving the food the burgers were cold. My husband went inside and was told that by a lady that she had just made them and they were not cold. He said she sailed them unto the trash and gave him two more that were also cold. He said they were extremely rude inside and he felt himself getting angry. My husband does not anger easily so this was an issue. I did not go inside because it would not have been a productive interaction. We have been going to this Wendy's forever and have never been treated this way. The ladies were African American, as are we so no we are not biased in our complaints. We have decided as a unit to no longer patronize this facility. I am very disappointed and feel devalued. There was no reason to be treated this way. Thank you.
