I don't know if its because I order online or usually at night, but sometimes I order from here 3 to 4 times a month and I think there was only 1 time over a yr ago where they messed it up, they are usually really good at making the sandwiches just how I would want them.

When I worked for subway we made the order how the customer asked if something was substited one the meat side or extra added we charged accordingly. Sad because now me and coworkers will be going to go to the other subway further away.

Waste of a great place! Management you need to step in!
