  I love that not only does the kitchen team make the food with Love but also the lady that serves the food and bags the Togo orders my strawberry milkshake was amazing thanks again for everything 😇💜✝️

  Found a hair in my milkshake 🫠 literally pulled it from My mouth, crazy thing is my sister also had one in hers (they were both bought together) definitely won’t be going to this location again

  I just walked in😀 The lady at the register is super friendly believe her name is luis. Everything I ask for I received with great customer service thank you smash burger.

  They have the dumbest workers, working there. I waited for over 30 min when I ordered pick up and they told me the food isn't ready after I showed up 10 min after I was supposed to pick up the food only to find out the food had been sitting on the counter the whole time.

  Unfortunately, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The wait was extremely long, and instead of working, several of the young women in the back were dancing, yelling, laughing loudly, and using profanity in front of customers. At one point, the cashier loudly announced they were not taking customers unless it was a cashless order with the BOGO deal. Two men in front of us and another customer behind them left due to the confusion and delay. When we finally ordered and asked to use the BOGO promotion, the cashier acted as if she had no idea what we were talking about, despite having a printed copy of the promotion right in front of her. She questioned whether the offer was valid, asked if it was from Instagram, and implied it wasn’t acceptable. I had to show her the Smashburger website before she went to ask another employee in the back—who was loudly singing, yelling, and calling coworkers inappropriate names instead of helping or making food. After all of that, the cashier ended up using the code from her own printed sheet, which could have been done from the beginning instead of making it seem like we were making it up. The fries were stale, though the burger itself was actually very good. Unfortunately, the food isn’t enough to make up for the unprofessional behavior, excessive wait time, and chaotic environment. Between the yelling, profanity, and poor service, I wouldn’t recommend this location. There are plenty of better options nearby like In-N-Out or Raising Cane’s that value customers’ time and provide a much better experience.
