Place is big inside lots of fun modern decor with a suddel city vibe. 7 different sauces to pick from with all the favorites. My go to is brisket and pork. Just look at the pics. Bark was spot on, some scallion for color. Kudos to the Pit Chef.

Almost every single time. And on top of that, at Rudy's BBQ you can get baked potato with two meats instead of only one for $14.82 versus sixteen dollars for 1 meat which they don't even offer two meats at rolling smoke. One time I asked and it was going to cost me seven dollars extra. So which would mean for 2 meats? It would be $23
