  Waiting in line for 20 minutes after a 12 hour shift to get a freshly made warm melt in your mouth type of donuts just to open the box to cold "walmart stand week old " donuts 🍩. Went to the windows to ask for a new warm donuts turned out that freshly made donuts don't come out till 9 .Sadly I asked for a refund since the cold hard donuts was not what I Waited for 20min. Just to get sassed by the manager talking about me ("like how dare I stop him from open the store and serve cold donuts "). Manager dismissed me by saying done G2G without a receipt.. so i had to ask for one. After getting my receipt I apologized and Told them to have a good day . Manager responded to ("sure will have a great day") SMH - side eyes after that response. Should have just gone home after my 12 hours night shift.

  I come with family occasionally to this Krispy Kreme in particular but on 10/25 around 8:30ish pm I got a very nasty experience from your drive thru employee. I do not know if this was the MOD because she was not even in proper uniform, no name tag, just clear glasses and looked basic. Black hair. Anyways, I order through the drive thru and I can barely hear her so I said I wanted 2 sets of donuts and she charges me full price and I have to argue with your employee because I have a promo deal along with a birthday special that I get every year for a couple of free donuts. Sent to via email and linked to my personal app. She begins arguing with me that I cannot use both within my purchase even telling her I have it for free and it was on my email for my birthday. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru at this time and they already closed their lobby early. :) As she's arguing with me she then puts her finger up to my face as I try to respond to take other drivers in the drive thru line. But clearly there were other workers in the building. As someone who has worked in these sort of fast food chains despite it being fast casual, horrible customer service. This girl needs to be retrained in that area so she can actually provide what's primarily important within these jobs (customer satisfaction) and do her job properly. She soon gets back to me and just starts raising her voice asking if it's with or without a purchase. I told her about 4-5 times it's without a purchase and she finally just looks up my personal phone number within the system to see if my deal is linked within my app. If it was that easy, why did you waste my time for about 10 minutes lady? No beuno. Please take the time and have this one retrained before putting her on another shift especially a "busy" one (Saturday.) Thanks. Experience was extremely frustrating. Have her take breaks every 5 minutes if this job is really that difficult for her.

  Came in on a saturday night around 830pm 10/26 and the drive thru girl was very rude. She was very short and unfriendly on the speaker and when I pulled around she was demanding. I have not had issues here before but she has made me hesitant to come back.

  Best Krispy Kreme in the country. Despite there being a mountain of issues behind the counter, the manager on duty was an absolute pleasure. I will absolutely come back to this location because of him. His customer service is second to none. The doughnuts used to be the star of the show, until he showed up. Lol. They were still phenomenal. Dont get me wrong. Theres nothing like a fresh warm doughnut from Krispy Kreme.

  Came to buy some donuts on a Saturday early afternoon, around 2pm and apparently they don’t have ANY donuts.. not even the regular sugar ones… young kids working not sure how a donut place doesn’t have any donuts besides glazed… disappointing
