From start to finish, her customer service was absolutely above and beyond. She greeted me with a big, genuine smile and made what could have been a stressful, complicated order feel smooth and convenient. Every detail was taken care of, and she made the process incredibly easy. I’m not sure who her manager is, but they are very lucky to have such a dedicated and talented team member. Xyola truly made my day — and my client’s!

However, today around 2:40 PM, I had a disappointing experience. When I asked to change my drink and add sweetener because I wasn’t satisfied with it, a young lady named Jackie responded negatively and was noticeably rude throughout the interaction. She did charge me for honey, which I was fine with, but her attitude was unwelcoming. Thankfully, another team member named Makayla stepped in she was kind, helpful, and made the change without any issue. I truly appreciate her professionalism and positive attitude.
