- CCchuck casto6 days ago1.0Short line of three cars 20 minutes. Each car had to wait at least 5 minutes. Wednesday morning 7:00 a.m.. there were plenty of workers in there. Maybe they had a big order but that's no excuse. I merely said to Chelsea this is unacceptable and she slammed the window in my face and walked away. I asked her for a receipt but she didn't know how to do that either. It seems some of the workers were not engaged with their work as I watched them behind the counter. This is the worst service I've experienced in a long time from dunkin'. And by the way on the feedback system would not take their store code nor did the chatbot work Dunkin' is a mess
