  Ok so hear me out this is Dunkin just opened up. Ngl I have been coming here everyday. Let me say I love it! A few days ago I went really late ordered their Snackin Bacon and they had a few bits but they weren't the best. The worker did not want to even give it to me because she felt bad but I convinced her and tbh wasn't that bad. Anyway she told me to come back another day and she'd give me a fresh batch for free. Today I went got my usual and when I pulled up to the window they were waiting for me with a fresh hot batch of snackin bacon completely free!!! Huge shout out to Camila, Esperanza, and Rita!!! If management sees this, I'd recommend giving them a raise for their above and beyond customer service!!! Needless to say I'll keep going back!

  Horrible!!! Go to Starbucks down the street you pay a couple dollars more but they treat you like you’re responsible for THEIR paycheck. 😉 This Dunkin is terrible they make those who order ahead wait 15-20 minutes just to get their order, god forbid you want food. You’ll wait 15-20 minutes for your drink and another 10 minutes for your food. The manager is rude, don’t complain she will tell you she is busy with customers. The employees are only as good as their management. Poor management, poor employees direction, poor customer service & unsatisfied customers…go elsewhere & put them out of business! They haven’t been open 30 days…scary to think how they will be in 6 months.

  Rather drive to Estrella Parkway!! the 2 caucasian girls are so rude and I notice they tag team and bully another employee in front of customers.. also they literally never have bagels or croissants and only want to offer wraps. I've been here multiple times since they've opened trying to give them a chance but my orders are ALWAYS incorrect! they also don't label drinks and instead of remaking they dump the top off and add more coffee on top with a new lid. get it your team together "manager"!!!

  The posted hours say the store opens at 4:00 AM, but when I arrived, the location was not open. There were at least four cars waiting in the drive-thru. I had already placed and paid for a mobile order, which made the situation frustrating because I was unsure if I would even receive my drink. I arrived around 4:23 AM. I left briefly and returned at 4:35 AM. When I pulled up to the window, I saw two employees. One employee opened the window and said they were closed and asked how she could help. I explained that I had a mobile order and asked what time the store opens. At that time, it was about 4:37 AM. She stated the store opens at 4:00 AM but that they were running behind. If the store is not open at the posted time, customers should be notified rather than being left waiting in the drive-thru. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing. I hope this location can improve communication, customer service, and staffing reliability.

  Already a horrible Dunkin donuts. The customer service was the worst both girls had an attitude. Also it was just before 6pm when I arrived and they were out of donuts but they stay open until 10pm. How is that going to work with no donuts to serve. I recommend not ordering any drinks I literally sat there and watched them fill the cup up with ice to the rim then add whipped cream on top of that. You literally are paying for ice! So Disappointing and my kids were so excited only to have this horrible experience and not have an evening treat!
