  Ordered delivery and the portions were very disappointing. Will not visit any of these restaurants unless Filibertos goes out of business. Food is subpar to any Mexican establishment and the kid portion is highway robbery. I was really shocked, the plate comes with an aluminum dome which is not needed. A flat lid over plate would be more than sufficient, as the portions are well under the rim of the plate... totally poor experience. Would not recommend at all if anything would encourage to avoid. Note: it's possible the GM has a food cost issue within the operations, thus minimizing portions to correct the problem.

  Whole staff is rude needs new workers ASAP I personally work in consumer service and I love my job do it with a smile this location has not satisfy there customers and in a rush it’s lazy and unprofessional I don’t recommend this chipotle

  This location has forgot my guac on not 1, not 2, but 5 (yes, FIVE) times in the last year and a half. Why am I paying an extra $2.50 for guacamole that I never get!? And it's always this specific location. I never have an issue at any other locations. Just this one. Ive reached a point that im starting to think this is a deliberate way to get extra money and save on margin cause no way has this coincidentally happened to me 5 times in a year and a half. Its not like I eat Chipotle much anyways cause the prices have gotten outrageous. The least you could do is give me the guac I paid for. The amount of guac that's been robbed from me is enough to get me another entree. But sadly, Chipotle took that opportunity when they robbed me of my guac. $12.50 in stolen guac that could've been spent on Chipotle. Guess Chipotle has lost that chance. Do better.

  We ordered 5 different things. Everyone's food was good, service was good, the cashier was very friendly and the portions were large. I was skeptical after reading the reviews.

  I walked into this Chipotle tonight and was immediately disgusted. The cooking area was extremely unsanitary — there was rice and chicken scattered all over the prep/cooking surfaces. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. When I got in line, I watched an employee handling a to-go order, literally flopping a burrito around in the to-go area and then placing it right back onto the main prep surface where food is served to customers. There were rice containers up front, yet the employee chose to cross-contaminate areas instead of using proper stations. What completely pushed me over the edge was the employee working the toppings station. He was visibly sweating, with sweat dripping down, and then wiped his forehead with his forearm while standing directly over the food. That is a serious health concern. Between the filthy prep areas, poor food handling, and lack of basic sanitation, I felt unsafe eating here and left without ordering. This location needs immediate attention from management regarding cleanliness, food safety, and employee hygiene.
