  Great place to eat! The staff is friendly and the service is wonderful. The food is first rate...the bread is by itself is worth the trip! Trust me when I say you will feel full and satisfied when you leave.

  We had a very frustrating experience. Our waiter Carlos brought our drinks but didn’t provide straws. When our salads arrived, we had no utensils and waited about 5 minutes just to see him again so we could ask. We asked the front clerk to get a manager. She said she would talk to Tonya, but Tonya never came to our table. Later we asked another server to get the manager and that also never happened. The worst part — we waited 1.5 hours for our food. During that time Carlos rarely checked on us, and our table stayed dirty the entire visit (empty glasses and an empty bread basket sitting there). Overall the service was very poor and we felt completely ignored. Definitely not the experience we expected.

  We had a terrible experience. Our server didn’t give us straws with our drinks or utensils with our food until we asked. Our food took over an hour and a half to come out after we ordered. The waiter kept coming by and avoiding our table until we tracked him down and asked him what is going on. Our waiter didn’t pick up our dirty plates or cups. We asked 2 different servers for the manager, and the manager never came. We will never come here again.

  I am going to start off by saying I have never had a terrible experience at a restaurant, that I have had at this location. I am an African-American woman and every time I go with me and my family and my Childs Father not only are we racially profiled. We are terribly served the food we never receive it. Our food never gets cooked. We sit for hours waiting we’ll eat salad. We’ll even order an appetizer and we’re still waiting for hours. Our bread is always hard. Our waiter is always impossible to get to and then the management is even worse we saw at this location recently and we sat there for about an hour and 30 minutes. We watched everybody get their food, As we sat there, wondering why when we ordered our food prior to the people getting theirs. Once we were tired of waiting, we asked for our bill and for the food to not be charged on there and they charged us $20 over the limit not only did they give us terrible service. They robbed us and money. My Childs Father was so upset he didn’t pay attention to the bill and he paid it not knowing that they charged us $20 for the salads knowing that we sat there for an hour and 30 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one That is African-American and I advise you never to eat at this location for such disregard, disrespect and all around terrible experience
