  Rejected my cash because it was a older bill. The general manager was extremely rude. Mean older woman. No signs about older bills nothing posted online. She Rejected the bill out of her choice. With no actual reason other than she didn't want to verify the bill. Cindy was her name. She has always been rude when I am in there. She needs to be removed from her position. The blonde manager is a much better employee. Edit. I just used the older bill at another KBP Arby's location and they took it marked and verified the bill was real with no question. Cindy is a poison as the current general manager at Arby's. Please remove her so lots of customers may return.

  Horrible service ordered a chicken Sandwhich I got a cheese and bacon when all i asked was for them to remove the tomato and all I was refunded was 4 dollars avoid this Arby’s

  Not sure why my food is taking 15 mins to make when it is completely dead and everything is fried or thrown in au jus to heat up.

  Ive been craving Arby's lately and I was so happy they put one near my work! I love Arby's sooo much and this location is great

  Drove 15 min from my house because the one near me closed out of no where. Asked for cheese sauce instead of Swiss which they said they could only put it on the side, then proceeded to not put it in my bag ruining my meal. Thanks for wasting my time.
