  Purchased refill metal cups from the coffee shop. Went in to use the cup and was told they can not complete a refill because manager doesn’t allow it. If that’s the case, why sell the cups? Very first location that does not allow a refill cup to be used.

  only got maybe 4 sips of a medium iced drink due to the cup being filled with ice. I went back in and politely BOUGHT another drink with less ice and did not mention the prior drink because I’m not going to be rude about it even though I should be! And asked for less ice on the second time and she rudely explained I would get half a serving for the lack of ice. And see for yourself what I got. Ridiculous. I understand no ice means less liquid but HALF?!?! On top of that, all the girls that were there are so RUDE! The photos are 2 separate purchases at the same store half hour apart. Stay away if u don’t want to waste your money.

  Customer service was horrible. My hubby and I ordered 2 medium iced coffee, lite ice and we literally got a size small coffee in a medium size cup. They only filled the cup to the middle. Smh... I'm never coming to this location again. I wish I could post the picture of our coffee's. So you guys can see what it looks like. Also, the girls that work there have no manners.

  Our family visited this establishment for the first time, despite being local residents. I was initially excited to try the blueberry coffee, but unfortunately, it is no longer available. Instead, they offer blueberry syrup. When inquiring about sugar-free options, the cashier seemed uncertain, suggesting only sugar-free vanilla was available. I also posed questions regarding the breakfast sandwiches, which she was unable to answer satisfactorily. While acknowledging that this is a newly opened location, I believe it is essential for employees to receive comprehensive training on the products and services offered. I opted for the breakfast wrap, which consisted of bacon, egg, and cheese. It was satisfactory. I also tried the zero-sugar energy drink in the blush pop flavor, which was pleasant, although I am unsure if I would order it again. We purchased several donuts, which were mediocre, lacking freshness and texture. Conversely, the banana pudding latte and brown sugar shaken espresso were exceptional. Our family consensus is that the original Dunkin' Donuts from years past was superior.

  I have been going there since they opened just a little while ago. Went tonight ordered two jelly donuts they are rockhard like they’ve been out sitting there for a day or two probably won’t go back if that’s how it’s gonna work there they should’ve definitely been thrown out at the end of last night instead of sitting there all day it’s now 10:22 Friday night.
