  Customer service really needs to be restrained. Love their bowls WHEN the meat is freshly cooked. Don't do delivery or call your order in ahead of time and have it waiting for you on the shelf to pick up. You will not get the same as if you had gone yourself and watched them make it. Food quality is hit and miss. Employees need to atleast pretend to act as if they're happy to be there.

  Went in at 8pm on a Sunday and they where out of all the toppings ! No lettuce no sour cream no cilantro lime sauce nothing so early before closing is unacceptable. The veggies were also burnt I’ve worked in fast food for 5+years and the first rule is never to run out of food! There was only meat and rice and the portions where so little half a scoop and I asked for extra protein it basically made one serving. They didn’t change there gloves while cleaning and serving and touching the cash register horrible costumer service while entering and leaving the restaurant. I asked for a discount on the extra portion at-least and the cashier started arguing with me about it even tho they didn’t make me aware they didn’t have these things before I ordered I’m very upset.

  Rarely give reviews, go to order wait about 8-10ish minutes to order. Everything is cool till I get to add my toppings and im told no more guac. Which id understand if I came in last minute but there open for another hour and a half. Now no big deal, but the employee were adding guac to other orders. When I ask the employee if I can have some from the filled to the top guac container. Im told thats only for online orders, which made no sense considering im right there and ready to pay. That wasnt the only thing they were low on luckily I got some of what I wanted on my burrito but the people behind me were told there out of other items and anything that was left was for online orders only. I get sometimes wanting to go home early so you dont have to stay any longer than your shift, cleaning or what not but c'mon. First time being disappointed in Chipotle tbh. But I guess its just this location looking at other reviews.

  I walked in at 10:05 to order. I stood at the front of the line watching workers put together online orders for 10 minutes before giving up. Not once did they acknowledge me or greet me or even say they’ll be with me as soon as they could. I logged into my app and placed the order because none of the workers could be bothered to look up. I would have understood if I came in 5 minutes before closing but this was almost an hour before. Terrible service. Do better.

  Came in an hour before closing to place an order and there were 2 workers at the front ignoring us and just cleaning and wrapping 1 burrito. Two people working on 1 item, ridiculous. They didn’t even acknowledge or say “hi we’ll be right with you”. We could also see there were another 4 people in the back minding their own business and not jumping in to help. So we just placed the order on the app since they didn’t seem to bother helping us. And then 2 people walked in after us and within a minute they started helping them. Absolutely unacceptable and frustrating. Will not be coming back.
