- KRKrystiena Ruiz5 days ago1.0We always order $50 dollars or more for a family of 4. Our soup spilled all over the bag. They did not give no dressing or anything for the salad ordered. Our food was cold and ugly. You can’t even get through to a manager to let them know. There app is not working to file a complaint. They have become the worse!!!!

- RERenee EdenApr 4, 20265.0We stopped in to eat breakfast after getting fasting labs done at Banner Hospital. We’ve never been to this Chick-Fil-A, but the restaurant was very well maintained. The interior was clean, and a Chick-Fil-A employee was seen cleaning the table tops and seats when a patron would leave. After we ordered, they brought our food to the table and also brought us straws, which we forgot to get when ordering. I ordered the Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis meal with a large diet Dr Pepper, and a relative ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese muffin meal with a large coke zero. The food was hot, and they filled the hash brown boxes. We have been to other Chick-Fil-A restaurants where they were extremely cheap with the hashbrowns and they would literally only give you 8 tater tots. I noticed the drive-thru area had umbrellas for their employees working outside, which was nice to see. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of. Although there weren’t many handicap spots, there was plenty of parking available during our visit. All the employees we interacted with, approximately five in total, were exceptionally courteous, helpful, and kind. We would come and eat here again.
- BHBOSS HOGGMar 28, 20265.0I'm always happy to go to Chick-fil-A the service is always nice very play very friendly to ask you everything you want you around cleaning the condiments if you need any eating utensils and the food is always very good hot waffle fries with just right amount of salt I had to enjoy the chicken jalapeno (fried) sandwich combo with a strawberry shake. Jalapenos gave the sandwich a nice bit of a kick but not too much and they use real bacon thick bacon not that trash bacon to use at McDonald's.

The only negative is the long lines at the drive thru, but is that really a negative ? I don't think so, it just shows you how good the food is. Think about that the next time your waiting in a long line in the drive thru 😀
