  Been coming to this location for years, but never have I seen things this bad…management sucks. when i asked to speak to one my server came back and told me they were on the line and they’d be there shortly. So i waited and waited and nothing! So i left this isn’t the first time a situation like this has happened I wanna say a little less than a year ago? Things are still just as bad if not worse they’re always under staffed..managers seem to be un-attentive to customers complaints. Also do they not realize depending on where you’re sitting you can hear everything they say back there on the line? I’d quit my job if a manager talked to me like that!!! But food is always great. they have the sweetest staff ever! The host is a super sweet girl along with our server, we’ve had carlos a few times he’s awesome. Any server i’ve had there has been amazing but as far as management this place needs help. BAD

  Drinks were great and the food was amazing. Other than the fact that it took forever to get our food. I had no complaints.

  I stopped in for a beer and wings, Carlos took care of me at the bar.He was attentive and friendly.Food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted on point. Great spot, I’ll definitely be back.

  Carlos provided amazing service. Carlos suggestions helped me find my favorite meal at Caracas. I will be returning again!!! Thank you so much.

  THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! My husband and I went on a friday morning and it was a mess. No host..Food took about an hour, My sirloin had to be re cooked twice, The only thing redeemable was our server. Big thank you to Julissa! Very attentive, whitty, and over all a sweet lady. Unfortunately there was only one lady behind the kitchen and when we had asked to speak to a manger she said they hadn't arrived yet, it was almost 1pm...We've been coming here for years and l've never seen things this bad, let alone one server, one cook, and a bartender left to fend for themselves on a busy friday afternoon. Definitely debating on if we're coming back to this location...
