They were out of a lot of fixing for the ice cream sundaes also the person making our order didn't even know how to make a banana split. They asked me what I wanted on it and what fixing I wanted on it. I just think that it is bad when you go to a place like this and you have one person working and another in the back cleaning while a 3rd is just making his own drink and putting about 2 doz donuts and then he did ring up a customer that had been waiting. Then that 3rd person left. Like I said this place needs a manager there to make sure this place got cleaned up and make sure people were getting help instead of having to wait for the 1 person working.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
