    I was supposed to get a mocha shake but it didn't taste like mocha. I asked the cashier if I was getting the right shake and she said yes, but as soon as I tasted it there was no coffee or chocolate in it. It was all vanilla. I tried to take it back to get what I ordered but the person who waited on me decided to go on a break. I won't be back here.

    Didn't even end up getting food the manager was so rude. I had recently been in a car accident, so I had a cut on my nose and forehead.. I looked a little gnarly, I came into this arby's today to get a little late lunch, and to wash off my face.. it is Arizona heat after all.. I'm switching from One hospital to another.. so I had a super small suit case... the manager takes one look at me and gives me such a dirty look. So instead of ordering , I just went to the restroom, where she proceeded to bang on the door eradically every minute or two.. with the way she acts about homeless people out here. ( I haven't seen ANY, BTW) you would think that they had a really bad problem or something. I'm surprised she didn't do the sign of the cross and tell me to immediately... in all seriousness, though, don't try to use the restroom here. If you look even remotely homeless and don't try to shower in her sink. According to her washing your face is showering in the sink In all seriousness, though, she really wasn't the worst she was doing her job. A tiny bit of kindness would have gone a long way a U it's just kind of lame that anybody looking remotely homeless gets treated like theyre such a problem im not even homeless... I offered to buy something after her first comment but I guess homeless looking money doesn't spend the same so I left... as a matter of fact, just in the time it took me to type out this not very long review, she had one of her employees come out here to tell me that I can't just loiter in front of her place. It's been less than 10 minutes and I'm literally just waiting. For a ride, so definitely don't have anything to do with this lady, worst manager.

    I came here Thursday and the man working in the drive through was not only beautiful but funny lol but from a business stand point he did a stellar job even ask if I wanted to upgrade my fry if u work in fast food you ,we always tell the cashiers to push the upgrade. He was polite and read my order back and explain things to me in a pleasant tone not irritated not rushing pleasant. I received my food quickly and it was hot and fresh. This is my second time at this location and both times have been great service.

    Rejected my cash because it was a older bill. The general manager was extremely rude. Mean older woman. No signs about older bills nothing posted online. She Rejected the bill out of her choice. With no actual reason other than she didn't want to verify the bill. Cindy was her name. She has always been rude when I am in there. She needs to be removed from her position. The blonde manager is a much better employee. Edit. I just used the older bill at another KBP Arby's location and they took it marked and verified the bill was real with no question. Cindy is a poison as the current general manager at Arby's. Please remove her so lots of customers may return.
