  My friend and I ordered the smash burger meals and both of our sandwiches were raw in the middle. His coffee was watered down and my slushie was given to me completely melted.

  Failed to make a simple large cheese tots. They gave me onion rings 1st then just plain tots.

  Start off by saying I have been here and got the same order at least 30 times to smash burgers, upside fries and Upside drink. This is the first time I have had a big problem with them and I will not be going back to the same restaurant one of the cokes that we got tasted nasty and before they would give us a new one, one of the guys in the back, tried our coat to see if we were lying. The prize were undercooked so they took them back, threw them in the fryer again and gave them back to us. I don’t know who is working, but they should not be working there because we will not be coming back.

  Meh Deals. Service is always scattered + slow. The employees don’t seem trained properly or fast with delivery. I’d be embarrassed if this was my establishment.

  I only come for drinks. They always hand me cold food. I have come in to no spots when I order online. Like 0 spots to pull in on even the ones with screens are taken. On the app it said ready. I get here and wait a lifetime (5-25min) for them to hand me cold food or a melted drink. Almost every time I come up here they’re all huddled in a little circle. Just chatting away. They gotten my drinks wrong a few times. Like how if I order online? I wish there was a closer one or better one or some one come in and fix this one.
