Some don't scan correctly, so we are overcharged. This section also doesn't recognize the senior discount unless we call the cashier over to add the proper info. The website/ server should recognize our membership. Last visit I was overcharged nearly $9.00 and go to the customer service to correct my receipt. Frustrating.

The Deli associates are always lacking initiative to make fresh hot deli chicken, you have to ask and then they act like they're doing you a favor, when in reality it's likely policy to keep it fresh and the hot case is probably not keeping it above regulation to keep it there that long. I'm inclined to notifiy regulators so they can come in and catch them. They lack accommodating customer service in general. One of the guys is in his 50s and can't do a basic job? Pretty unbelievable. I wouldn't say anything about it but this is a common problem at all delis because they're not paid enough, and that's not my problem.
