- CDChar DeCino4 days ago3.0I called ahead for a large pizza. It was very hard to understand employee taking order but was told the order would be ready in 15 min. I waited 20 min after arriving only to be handed a personal pan pizza. I finally got our meal home after another 30 min. The employee did read my order back to me properly. They also tossed in the PPP.

Then when I called back she tried saying it wasn't her!! I've been there before and it's so dirty inside I can't believe I was even gonna order from there again!!! One things for sure I won't ever go or call them again!!!

She clearly knows how to run a strong team, and the positive changes I’ve seen since she started managing the store have been impressive. Christina really pays attention to her customers and makes sure everyone has a great experience. Because of her excellent customer service, I continue to return to this store again and again. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Christina sets a great example of what outstanding customer service should look like!
