Every thing about this place is trash. The service is terrible. They give you incomplete meals. Mobile orders take longer than they should. It’s always dirty. No one really knows what they’re doing.

Great McDonald's to go to for morning Breakfast or just to talk and have coffee manager superb with customer service and actually gave me napkins thaks guys keep up the good work

Terrible experience again..... missing food items, burnt , charcoal like patty, they put the ketchup and mustard right over it so they saw it. Restaurant was filthy again. Very disappointed! If zero stars were an option I would of selected it, I have photos of the burger as well!

I'm actually never giving this company money ever again. And I'm a lifetime regular.
What is the point of a mobile order if you're going to tell me "oh sorry we are doing lunch now."
I placed my order 20+ minutes in advance of them switching from breakfast SPECIFICALLY so I could eat AFFORDABLE food before work (because their "five" dollar meals are now 6.50) and now I have no money for food today because they're too lazy to take out a few frozen breakfast sandwiches and won't serve me or refund me for 2-3 days. Like, I ALREADY PAID FOR IT. If I showed up after the fact asking for breakfast, I understand that its lunch now, but I LITERALLY ALREADY PAID FOR IT AND IT WAS LIKE 5 MINUTES PAST.
WHAT IS THE POINT OF USING THE APP IF THE ORDER DOESN'T GO THROUGH UNTIL IM AT THE STORE? They'll just steal your money because they're too lazy to make sandwiches.
I hope that policy is worth it. I'll just stop getting my work meals from here. That's gotta be hundreds of dollars over months, thousands of dollars over years.

I'm never giving money to a company again that just took the last of my food money because literally just laziness. They can't be bothered to go into the room or freezer 5 feet away from them, if that, to pull out a few sandwiches.

I’ve noticed that this McDonald’s location really prioritizes the drive-through over everything else. If you order curbside, expect to sit outside for at least 10–20 minutes waiting for your food. Even going inside doesn’t make much of a difference—you’ll still be waiting just as long.
It feels like certain customers are being prioritized over others, which is frustrating and not fair. The service here is slow, and the wait times are consistently longer than they should be. Definitely not the best experience if you’re in a hurry.
