WOW.
I walked in and an elderly customer was standing at the counter. I went to the kiosk to start my order when an employee asked the customer what she needed. The customer said, “I want to place an order.” The employee told her to use the kiosk. When the customer asked, “You can’t take my order at the counter?” the employee said, “No, you need to use the kiosk.” The customer then left.
Afterward, the employee started trash-talking the customer, saying things like, “This is a fast food place — it’s not my job to take orders.” The employee was rude and disrespectful during the entire interaction.
Meanwhile, an elderly gentleman was struggling to use the kiosk, and none of the employees offered to help him. They just stood there and watched.
This Taco Bell gets orders wrong at least half the time, and now apparently taking orders or providing basic customer service isn’t their job either? Even though this situation didn’t directly happen to me, this was the final straw. I will never be back.
The level of disrespect I witnessed was unbelievable. Taco Bell should review the video of this incident and take appropriate action — that employee’s behavior was completely unacceptable.

I haven't been to this Taco bell in some time due to BAD SERVICE and a truly bad order.
Today well not so good. The oil for the fries, DESPERATELY needs changed. The burritos are the smartest I've ever seen. Small and not so tasty. I believe that it will be some time before I go back.
We also didn't get napkins, sauce or a recipe.

Ordered online and it said they wouldn't start making it until we got to the drive through. This was very obviously not the case and it had been sitting there. Only gave half (at best) of the requested sauces. Didn't mark any of the drinks so that we could tell what they were. Worker was rude and shut the drive through window in my mom's face when she was in the middle of trying to ask a question. Food was good, even though it was more on the cold side, but t he service left a *lot* to be desired.
