Last night I got off of work at the Walmart the girl rang me up for my cookies and just walked away, so I paid for 3 cookies I never got! Then I tried to call and no answer tried to call again today no answer! Why she would ring it up and walk away to go talk to someone is beyond me! I'm not happy! I guess I'll call corporate

I wanna say I have read the reviews and some of them incorrectly I have come to this location on many occasions and have nothing but a great experience with Sheena and also all the staff Ive also waited tops 10 min and happily waited due to the understanding if a person is there is only one person working most places when workers are by themselves are rude to customers but I've been greeted with such happiness and kindness and that's the reason why I love this subway

Hire english speaking people, please.
I called, tried to get help on how to order/apply the Wednesday special. All she could say was, "online only." I kept saying, "I know, but how do I apply it.
"Online only. You go online, no phone."
Called another SubWay store that didn't participate in THAT special.
I ended up buying less sandwiches, and the 1st SubWay didn't make any money off of me.

If I could put 0 out of 5 stars I would put 0 out of 5 stars and I'll tell you why. I'm not sure who made Sheena the manager (I had to ask for her name) but she most certainly should NOT be at all in the customer service industry. She skipped my sandwich and it was $15 plus tax. All I wanted was to bring home some food after shopping for me and my husband at Walmart.. Thank God there was at least one other worker who was willing to take the time to get my order right or there would've been some problems. After I finally got my food, I asked for the worker's name which was Julie and she was very professional and kind - I think that her and the current manager need to switch roles in my opinion. All I'm saying is watch out for that rude manager because she will give you a hard time.
