- DEDale E3 days ago3.0The first day of a 3 day sale, around 10 am and they were out of the advertised product which was a boneless beef petite steak. They offered a substitute but ran out of it too. I felt sorry for the staff because it wasn't their fault and they had to deal with impatient and dissatisfied customers. Will find another Safeway store to shop at that is fully stocked with advertized products.

Cindy maybe im not sure long blonde hair rude ! Rude! Rude! I was ok with opening my phone and let her go see if i clipped all my digital coupons i did btw b4 i went shopping earlier. She wanted to change my phone settings to wifi and if i didnt allow it she didnt have time to wait. She opned my camera in the app without my permission and said it its the only way she will scan my items in. Triggering rudeness whats your problem??? How mean and hurtful. Im in my end stages of liver disease stage 4 and i deserve the bullying why exactly? ? Arnt you customer service to help not argue with a customer to the point where even when you traded me off to a supervisor the insults didnt end the rudeness continued! move your stuff be an adult she kept repeating over and over while the supervisor short and big gal with black short hair allowed her to continue bullying a sick customer and not tell her to remove herself from the situation she was clearly at fault for. Just saw no reason for how mean and rude she was. Wanted everyone to know how you made me feel when i left. Like what just happened? Worst experience ever i had in years shopping here
