A group of us went today (21). Tables were set up for our convenience, server was spot on with the accommodations for us. Might add she was the only server today, so she had her hands full with our group and serving other customers. Fresh food, clean restaurant and excellent service.

What a disaster of customer service at our local Pizza Hut.
We ordered a simple Valentine’s Day pizza for a few older folks — nothing complicated. An hour after the delivery time passed, we called to check in. First we were told, “I think you didn’t order delivery.” Then, after checking, the manager Cathy admitted we did.
She said the driver was “about ten minutes out,” but when we asked how long the pizzas had been sitting in the warmer, she implied “a bit too long.”
Translation: they were about to deliver food that had been sitting for nearly an hour, arriving almost two hours late, and not once did anyone say, “Let me make this right.”
The apology we finally got slid out like a wet noodle — no ownership, no accountability, no effort to fix the situation. We canceled on the spot.
If this is the standard Pizza Hut accepts from its managers, then it’s no surprise customers walk away. Accountability used to mean something. At Pizza Hut, it seems to have gone missing along with our order.

Let's start by saying Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza I have work for Pizza Hut in the past I have a relative that was in management at Pizza Hut. My experience at this location almost always for the past few years has been a bad one I keep giving them a chance but no longer will I do so. My most recent experience was with a large pizza that I ordered I had my girlfriend pick it up as I was taking it out of her front seat I noticed there was all kinds of grease on her seat I opened the pizza box there were pools of grease in the box seeping out of the corners as I The pizza was so thin thinner than my credit card I could not even pick it up picked up everything just fell off we took it back they gave us another one and it was just as thin (picture included) they Even managed to mess up the cheese sticks. so with this being said I am done with this Pizza Hut location unfortunately it's the closest location but Barro's pizza is pretty close so I think I will just get used to eating there instead.... Last note I think the Pizza Hut franchise has been going downhill for many years from an insiders perspective.

For the first time in years, I ordered from Pizza Hut when we got home after picking it up the pizza was like something you eat the day after it was hard it just it was could hardly bite into it and we ordered two pizzas. The Italian sausage tasted extremely weird. I don’t think it was any good. Needless to say I will never be going back. I never called up and complained, but I’ll never go back.

Came in to have lunch. Girl at register asked if we wanted buffet and said that more pizzas would be right out. So we decided that would probably be the fastest. There were no pizzas on the buffet except a few slices of very old looking vegetable so we grabbed a couple breadsticks to wait. It took 17 min for them to add a 1/2 ham and pineapple 1/2 meat lovers to buffet and when I asked are you going to at least put a pepperoni and cheese out. She answered yes let me get those started. What? We were done waiting at that point an opted to leave. But had pleasure of paying $25 for a couple breadsticks. I did complaint off receipt and corporate responded saying that the restaurant would reach out. Nope not a word from them. Just disappointment. As someone who ran restaurants for decades. I hate to complain, as I understand things happen. This was ridiculous.
