Worst experience in a while , at first i figured it couldn’t have been the staffs fault but upon further inspection of my uber eats order it was clear they had mistakenly put the wrong bag of food in my bag. Uber refused to refund the order. I then called the mcdonald’s and was hung up on repeatedly and then when i answered , a horrible ringing noise came through the phone.

Food was hot. But be careful when they send you to mobile pickup,if someone is in your spot, they are there to steal your food. It happened to me, when they remade mine the girl said it happens all the time.

Sat in drive-thru for more than 10 minutes, with probably 12 cars behind me! All because some lady wanted to sit there and blab in the window to the associate. Oh & also, I tried to do the McChicken meal....? And they refused to upgrade the small fry to a large fry, even when I said I'd pay more money, of course?

They say their policy is needing dashers to come into the store
But when I came in the store she looked at me and didn’t hand the bag over and asked another guy to do it instead despite just seeing me and then he still made me repeat myself for the name without checking my phone meaning it was unnecessary petty and that was after I had to repeat the name five times in the drive thru already
I told him it should have already been in the area for pick up people to grab they knew I was coming into the store
Disrespectful
Plus they didn’t put a sticker on the coffee lid to stop it from spilling

Latte was a bit burnt flavored, so maybe their machine needed cleaning. Its usually quite smooth. Sausage muffin was very fresh and nice. Only one somewhat crazy person inside yelling at the poor service fella - he handled it well but this McDonald's tends to have some customers who vent on the staff making the environment tense sometimes.
