Same old same old. The quality of food has declined along with the service. Kid with long dark hair and glasses is rude at the drive through EVERY time. Food is really sloppy and way Overpriced. Fries never disappoint though.

Placed an order on the Mobile App for a $2 Breakfast sandwich. Order went through at 10:28AM and I was waiting in line at the property to give them the code in the speaker. I get up there by 11:35AM and they have a debate about if they could actually make the Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagel I ordered. The kitchen says yes, so I pull up to the window ready to receive my breakfast.
The Latina Manager appears in the window and says the order was cancelled at 10:30AM, automatically, because it was after breakfast. I doubt this, so I check the mobile app, and it shows that the order is not cancelled. I also check my PayPal and see that $2.20 was taken from my account, and I check my email and see that there is a receipt from McDonald's. I show my phone to the Manager with this proof, and Manager says I need to pay $6.48, full price, for the sandwich and ignores all of my other evidence.
I refuse to move because I can see that my sandwich is sitting there. She says she refuses to serve me and to leave the drive through because other customers are waiting. I say, give me the sandwich and I will leave. She decided to call the AJ police. I say, "thank you for calling them, you are literally stealing from me right now", and I pull around expecting to have a conversation with the AJPD and Manager to let them review my receipts.
I walk into the lobby and am told the police were actually not called and they still refuse to serve me. At this point, I call the Manager hotline to report this madness and they confirmed that my receipt and payment were both valid. They decide to call the store on my behalf. Call ends and some random worker comes to my table about 10 mins later with $2.20 in cash. I leave, without breakfast. How is this level of incompetency even tolerable? Corporate McDonald's, please help!

Terrible people and place, looks like they took a bite out of one of my kids nuggets from his happy meal absolutely disgusting and seems like they’re tampering with food and shouldn’t be trusted, threw it all away, waste of $18 hope they shut this location down.

Terrible service, this is the third time I have gone and gotten my order wrong, they removed the trash cans from the lobby while people were still eating. They pushed them through the kitchen. I am not sure the purpose but I had to leave my tray at the front counter. Workers and the manager walked right passed me on several occasions while I was waiting patiently the request a bag to take my leftovers home. One worker only acknowledged me because a delivery driver came to get an order and stood next to me. This location is the worst!
