I was expecting 58 cents back. The guy locks up his till. I asked where my change was, and he said, "Don't worry, I have plenty of quarters." He then walks away, and doesn't return my change to me. I'm traveling, so money is tight. I'm not one to just throw money away. Also, back home in Wisconsin, sales tax is 5.5%. It's more than double that here. The food is terrible at that McDonald's, and the service is awful.
