  The switch to shredded lettuce has literally ruined your food. I've been going to Wendy's my whole life and it has never changed until now and it definitely wasn't for the better. This "cost cutting measure" will cost you more. Just a matter of time before you're outta business entirely. #bringbackwholelettuce

  Definitely has gone downhill. Employees at drive thru can't seem to get a frosty order correct. The last two times I came, after ordering on the app, has been incorrect. Handed a Jr Frosty instead of a Small, when I asked if that was the correct size, the employee said "I don't know why he keeps making those wrong " Fast forward about a month, ordered two Frostys, with a chocolate base. When I got home, both were made with vanilla. Not that difficult but they can't seem to spend an extra few minutes, when nobody is in drive thru or dining inside to get the order correct. Very disappointed with this location. No need to return.

  Terrible. Everytime the food is handed out tge window suspicously fast after ordering, and what do you know ends up being cold, crusty, and seemingly like it sat out the night before. This was not a one time thing. Its happened to me everytime i go to this specific location. $15+ for crusty old food.
