  We visited Anthem for the first time today! We had the pleasure of being served by Bryton… best sammich I’ve had in so long! He was fast, efficient with our order and wore the best accessory of all the entire time, his smile. :) I highly recommend this location at 3655 W Anthem Way. He kept it super clean and was very professional and polite. Loved the overall atmosphere and vibe!

  I visited this Subway on 08/17/25 around 1pm. I placed a online order using the Subway app. I placed my order while sitting inside the store so that I could place my order using a promo code that I had. I was the only one in the store from when I arrived to after the associate grabbed my online order receipt. The associate asked if the online order was mine and I confirmed. The associate toasted my two subs and was about to start adding the veggies when a group of 3 people walked in and the associate then walked away from my two subs and began helping the group of three people. I was then waiting in the store for my two subs for a hour. My subs did not taste good at all. Asked for toasted and the meat was COLD. Very very very little dressing. Veggies soggy. Bread soggy. No flavor. I really did not feel satisfied with this Subway experience, and I usually LOVE Subway and visit very often. Food was not good. Service was extremely slow. Bathrooms were not clean. I will probably not go to this Subway again. One positive is they do have free high speed Wi-Fi.
