Extremely disappointed.
Ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza, then was told after the order went in they don't serve slices after 4pm(menu says serve all day!)
So we ordered a personal pepperoni pizza for my grandson.
I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and my wife ordered a Ceasar salad.
Salad came out first with what looked like the middle core of the lettuce which we had to pull out two center cores but the very young girl with pigtails just dropped it on the table, literally dropped it on the opposite side of table but we didn't complain had to ask for silverware from our waitress. Then personal pizza came out next 10min later, served by the young girl again and she dropped it on the opposite side of table rudely. Looked like no pepperoni when we ask about the pepperoni she used her fingers to show us the pepperoni was under the cheese, who does that??
10 min after that my fettuccine came out and it was terrible, noodles under cooked and Alfredo sauce was like thick, sticky paste, it had a strange off taste. My first and only bite wouldn't go down without a big gulp of my lemonade.
When asked the young girl who was not our waitress, she took it back to tell someone, I was thinking we'll just order something else. I was looking at the menu for something quick to get prepared when a she came back from the back with my pasta and set it on the table and very sassy and rude says, sorry that's just the way we make it, it is a sweeter sauce and walks off. As if to say too bad!
The waitress was nice and asked me if they could make something else ..even though she was nice, I just told her I'm fine I'm not eating anything at this point and to take my meal to the back.
She apologized and brought us our bill and told us the best she was told she could do is 50% of of the fettuccine pasta.
I then said well I'm not paying for something I didn't eat!!
So, she came back the last time with it off my ticket. Our waitress was real nice and it was not her fault. But the very young girl was just down right rude.
As we were waiting for our meal I said to my wife ,why is this place dead on a Saturday for dinner? Now I know why.
Never again.

Arrived for a carryout of 2 pizzas and 1 order of wings. It was a phone in order and was told 35 minutes. Arrived about 40 minutes to find 3 others waiting for carryout . First guy had already been waiting 40 minutes and the other about 20 minutes. We'll finally after another 10 minutes a young girl Arrived to say it would be at least a half hour more. Place was not busy, and girl said they were fully staffed. Finally about 35 minute mark got food paid bill ($90.80) and asked about military discount. Girl said they did have one, so with the discount it was $88.80. Got home to discover piece of pizza missing. Called store, they said would credit $5. Yeah, that never happened. Food was good though, but the rest was a horror show.

I'm a Chicago guy, so I only eat pizza there. Arizona's garbage water is why it's 4 stars. But, the bartenders and servers are great! They're outgoing and engage with customers in such a personable manner. The atmosphere has been super fun and we've met some great people each time we go! Having spent quite a few football Sundays there, we probably spent more than the average person due to drinks, but that's common at places you spend 4-5 hours at. The outdoor patio has live music certain nights and is big enough to handle large groups. The karaoke can be pretty entertaining when people think their Donny & Marie Osmond or whatever they were singing. Hey, sometimes it happens after a few cocktails.
