Almost gave 1 star but giving 2 stars only because Chipotle’s food is always good. The problem is the training I think. The workers don’t seem well trained. As others have said, the portion sizes are smaller than any other Chipotle I’ve been to. Too small. It’s very noticeable. You can see it as they’re serving. They also don’t seem to know the basics. For example, when you do a double-wrapped burrito, you’re supposed to separate the tortillas and move them apart so they don’t fuse together. It makes them much easier to work with. Twice now they haven’t done this. It halts the line when they have to stop and fight to separate the tortillas and it’s honestly just painful to watch. They seem overwhelmed and confused even with a pretty normal amount of customers inside. Things are just erratic and unorganized, which tells me more training and practice is needed. I realize they’re mostly teenagers and this is their first job, but this is nothing that more training can’t fix. If this issue is addressed, this place can easily jump to 4 or 5 stars.

Its 1230 my first time stopping in this location,Lunch time. Service was completely slow with 7 PEOPLE working. They were out of white rice, steak, peco, guacamole, only 1 size chips left and one restroom was out of service while restaurant was so cold people were shaking in line. I know this location just opened up. So ill stop back in a month hoping more training has improved. Yall got this!

Wasted $35 on 2 half filled carne asada bowls. One of the bowls had hardly any meat…just a few tiny scrap pieces of meat. I’ve eaten at chipotles many many times and have never been given such tiny servings. They were out of chips (Friday at 6 pm). Ordered extra guacamole (to eat with my chips I had at home), but it was SO bland. No flavor. The staff were all very young kids. There didn’t seem to be any adult supervision/management. This is a brand new store…should be all hands on deck. Was very excited they opened nearby, but won’t be going back to this one. Disappointing.

Placed an order at 2:20pm, through the app for pickup. Said it would be read by 2:30pm. Then at 2:35pm it said it was ready so I went to the drive thru window and 7 mins passed and nobody opened the window. I honked my horn and tried to be patient but to no avail, nobody answered. Went inside (it was not busy, there were 2 customers in line) and they claimed they couldn’t find my burrito. Finally after a few minutes they had it, so I went home and they forgot the cheese, corn, guac and sauce. Horrible experience 0/5 if I could. Staff didn’t care about anything. This whole ordeal took over an hour and I live 3 minutes down the road.

Unimpressed. Walked in to order a Quesadilla. That was not on the menu in store, so I checked the app. It says "digital only" for Quesadilla, so I ordered it standing in line and then waited (lol). There is a clearly marked pickup section, so I stood over there near the register. I waited, and waited, and waited. After being in store for nearly 30 min I asked if they got my order. They walked back and brought it up to the front. I said "I thought you put orders in the pickup station" and the cashier just said "Oh.... no." What is the point of the pickup station then? How do people know they need to ask? The whole experience was a solid 1/5, probably will not return.
