  Never in my life have i left a review on a restaurant. This place was so bad I figured out how to. Chipotle should remove this location, portions are terrible and food is even worse. No care is shown in that place and you can tell.

  I was served rice and steak, and then, he asked "would you like sour cream", then I said "how about beans", then he returned and said "oh I'm sorry". He gave me beans. I paid, and I returned for salad that he suppose to asked as well. I said: is salad included, and they say, you have to ask for the salad. They didn't serve me well. They are the one who should ask what I want and give me options. Irena

  Disgusting, staff refuses to clean up mess, left chips on the floor for an hour and a half. Do not come here. This is honestly disrespectful to the Chipotle corporation. A employee with blonde hair and a multi colored phone case cursed me out and proceeded to tell me if i had a problem with it being dirty i should clean it while proceeding to hand me a broom.

  Food was good and flavorful. I pre-ordered through the app, but the drive through was at a standstill. I ended up parking and entering the restaurant to retrieve my order. The kitchen appeared adequately staffed, but folks were not working as a team. Individual effort did provide me with my breakfast.

  This is a somewhat new location, just a few weeks old. So maybe this is just the figuring out the process, but I get very inconsistent portions, occasionally cold food (meat/beans/rice, not ordered in advance), and just today - black flat crunchy chunks in my food (in addition to 2 smaller than normal burritos). I thought these were burnt food (maybe fajita veggies), but I bit a small piece and there was no flavor. Had an odd spongy and crumbly texture. Not sure what it is, but it’s a first for any chipotle that I’ve ordered from. I was willing to continue to ride out the issues for a bit longer while they matured, but it’s worth noting the issues at this point given the frequency. I will happily update my review after a few good orders in a row. I will try them again because they’re new, assuming no more bad experiences. Hopefully they improve.
