    This is routinely the worst service I have ever had in any subway I have ever been in. The employees are constantly flying solo and complaining about having to work alone. They are very inefficient with the time and their current workload. I’m pretty sure I could walk behind the counter and make my sandwich better and faster than anyone in there just by being an observer over the years.

    I asked for a sandwich with 3 ingredients, ended up getting a soggy sandwich with every possible ingredient, everything I didn’t ask for they put on the sandwich. How do you mess up this bad?

    Genuinely do not eat here. There’s an employee who is CONSTANTLY yelling at everyone including customers because he hates his job and wants to quit so bad, the last time I went in here I watched another employee come inside from a smoke break and immediately start making a sandwich with no gloves on and without washing their hands. My food is almost always made wrong if I use the app, and I don’t get a complicated order or anything either, they forget cookies, drinks, the sides for kids meals etc almost every single time. The bread is ALWAYS old, stale, hard and falling apart, even when not toasted. I literally once had to throw out a sandwich because I couldn’t even bite through the bread, which is absolutely ridiculous for a restaurant that’s slogan is literally “eat fresh” . I keep trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt that maybe they’re having a bad day or something, but for the last 4 months I have not been able to get anything from here without some sort of issue, so that’s not just a bad day it’s bad workers and management. Just save your time and money
