  Taco Bell in White Hall, Arkansas used to be a lot better in quality. I'm not sure if the issues my husband and I experienced today were due to new employees, poor management, or a shortage of staff but they definitely left a negative impression on us no matter what caused them to happen. First, while we were waiting for our turn to order, I noticed that the entire condiments bar was completely empty except for a few napkins at the bottom of the dispenser. That wasn't such a big deal, though and was most likely tended to shortly after we left. What didn't sit right with me was how the food we ordered was not only cold, but also prepared, assembled, and presented wrong. It was obvious that from the stiffness and way that they were literally torn in places that the burritos were made using raw tortillas instead of being either steamed or warmed-up in any manner prior to being wrapped. On top of that, while eating one of them, I saw (and felt) that not all of the rice was fully cooked inside of the stuffing. I used to believe that this location had one of the best Taco Bell fast food service but now wouldn't recommend anyone to stop there for food. Nobody should have to experience this with any restaurant they choose to eat from. -LizB

  We are traveling from Orange beach to Oklahoma. We just went through the drive thru bc the lobby is closed. We had 3 separate orders. After placing the first 2 orders we were asked if we could pick up the first 2 orders then pull back around to place the third. We were confused but agreed. Once to the window and paid the guy at the window asks us if we can back up and pull forward again to reset their timer bc they had been really busy and their time was bad. Again confused we backed up and pulled back up. He also refused to let me place the 3rd order at the window, said I would need to go back thru the drive thru. Guy at the window said I’m just doing what my manager told me to do. This was the absolute worst service I have ever received!

  Something wrong here get 3 taco supreme.Dont get my tomatoes or sour cream on them. Wanted some empanada they were on digital menu but they said they don't make those no more. And the only drink they had was sweet tea which worked out because that is what I was going to get. So I guess there was 1 bright side

  This place is always a hit or miss. Either has workers willing to actually provide the food you paid for... or you've got workers that are going to give you 8lbs of lettuce and barely any meat. (Happens frequently with my chalupas) Unfortunately today I received the latter. Ordered a crunchwrap supreme with no tomatoes.. guess they thought that meant basically no beef as well. Paying $7 for a wrap full of lettuce and cheese is absolutely ridiculous. There was literally two bites with meat in it. Picture was after those two bites and where I was wondering if there was anymore meat in it at all. No. Ridiculous.
