  Whoever was the manager on duty on April 26, 2026 was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband ordered a medium, but he was charged for a large. The price for the large was $19.30, when the medium should have been $17.30. When I called the store, the manager confirmed that he did order a medium, but when I pointed out that he was charged for a large, that’s when the attitude began. She spoke with an unprofessional tone and told me I could bring the receipt to the store, but her response was rude. When I told her I would be contacting Corporate, she said, “That’s fine,” and hung up in my face. I also tried calling back afterward, and no one answered the phone. I do not appreciate being treated this way as a paying customer. This situation could have been handled respectfully, especially after the manager confirmed the mistake. I hope this matter is reviewed and addressed.

  Meal prices are higher than other fast foods. But I really don't visit much so I could be wrong. It was just higher price than what I was expecting. However, I would say their ice cream is definitely worth the price. I had a milkshake and ate on it for 3 days. Putting it in the freezer between nibbles, of course.

  Went through drive through #1 combo meal $17.59 I said no way, she said you got #1 large size right $17.59. To me that is ridiculous

  Absolute trash ordered on the app I get to the store and they tell me they dont have what I ordered (a fish sand) told me they only have it certain months 🤣 yeah ok so I ordered a burger in place....asked for it plain and the smart ass gives me a plain bun in a box that I dont didn't discover till I got all the way home (25 mins away) told I can come back and get my food corrected but I needed to be right then n there meanwhile my non verbal daughter is having a nuclear meltdown cuz she just discovered her fries are missing. Did I mention im extremely pregnant making it hard to navigate stupid stuff like this?
