  I must say this was the first time I've ever ate at a Lenny's and they definitely impressed me. I will be back. A bit pricey but great taste.

  My 87 yr. old mom went to get 2 Italian salads and the person working the window said they don't have an Italian salad. Liars! I want my money back!

  Usually love Lenny’s but this trip sandwiches were not up to usual quality. Hardly any meat . Only Lenny’s we ever had this issue

  Ordered 2 sandwiches. 1st was a Philly cheese steak with extra onions and bell pepper. The cook neglected to put cheese on the sandwich when I called to inform the employee said the cheese was probably under the meat. Who ever heard of a Philly cheese steak with cheese under the meat. It wasn't there. On the same order I asked for their Veggie sub it was loaded with onion and bell pepper. It had some lettuce a couple slices of tomato and cheese. No mayo, no mustard, it did not include the requested pepper relish. It was just onions and dry bread. Very disappointing

  I've been going to this Lenny's since it opened here. The service and food prep is awful. My father ordered a mile high turkey, no onions add pepper relish and a farmhouse salad. He received a mile high turkey with literally 4 slices of meat and hot pepper relish and nothing else and a garden salad with a handfull of mixed greens. You're charging $10 for a sub that with nothing on it. Where is the "mile high"? Last time I checked, 4 thinly sliced does not mean mile high. As long as I have been going here, I know how the sub is supposed to look like. You're charging more but slacking on the presentation. Based on what you serve, subs and salads should be $5. The service was poor when I returned to get the order fixed. They were rude and management was unapologetic and shrugged his shoulders. How would you feel if your food was subpar but expensive?
