The cashier (seemed new) was in the lobby whenever we got there and someone else was waiting in the register to order. The cashier arrives and starts taking his order, the manager told her to come here, then we were next to order, the manager calls her again and tells the cashier that she wants her in the lobby and that we should be ordering in the kiosk, this whole time we're infront of the register hearing everything another couple behind us. The cashier comes back to us and told us she can help us order in the kiosk, we agreed and the damn kiosk wouldn't work. The cashier goes to the kitchen and tells the manager, the manager just mumbled. We go back to the register to order. The manager was plain rude and unprofessional making the cashier look bad infront of all the people. There's a time and ways to talk to your employees but not infront of several people trying to order. Cashier was young, nice and respectful. Food was good but not hot.
