  Overall, beyond a terrible experience even for a Taco Bell. I stood by the mobile order pick up for literally over 6 1/2 minutes before I was ever acknowledged. Someone else even came in, got his food and left before I was ever acknowledged. Pretty pathetic. I told him my name, he looked right at it, and I guess had to ask someone else about the common name, Stephen. My food was never placed on the mobile order pick up shelving, it was just hidden behind the counter. My only taco shell tasted stale and fell apart. To top off the bad experience, no one could be bothered to cover up the Nazi swastika vandalism in their restroom.

  Tyra Clay was at the window and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed in this hire. She also claim the reason for her attitude is because she is “ready to go home , we close in 45 minutes”. Being rude was not caused for especially because I was very respectful throughout this encounter despite her nasty demeanor.

  The manager Ruby was so unprofessional and rude..... The cashier (seemed new) was in the lobby whenever we got there and someone else was waiting in the register to order. The cashier arrives and starts taking his order, the manager told her to come here, then we were next to order, the manager calls her again and tells the cashier that she wants her in the lobby and that we should be ordering in the kiosk, this whole time we're infront of the register hearing everything another couple behind us. The cashier comes back to us and told us she can help us order in the kiosk, we agreed and the damn kiosk wouldn't work. The cashier goes to the kitchen and tells the manager, the manager just mumbled. We go back to the register to order. The manager was plain rude and unprofessional making the cashier look bad infront of all the people. There's a time and ways to talk to your employees but not infront of several people trying to order. Cashier was young, nice and respectful. Food was good but not hot.
