I sat in this drive through fifteen minutes, then turned around and went in the building for them to tell me that they didn't have any food.They didn't have any people, and their manager wasn't there?They were waiting on their boss

I ordered online got to the window to pick up my order just to be told they didn't have the McRib my boyfriend ordered went back and forth about what he could order the The lady in the window kept closing the window before he could give out the full order for what he wanted in exchange for the McRib. Then we got told to pull up to the pool and then a lady came out and told us to come inside for the manager only to be handed the exact McRib. They told us 2 seconds ago that they were out of. Then when we went to eat our fries both sets of fries are undercooked and not even salted and very very tasteless manager. Didn't apologize or anything. Just asked if we had the McRib and then handed us the bag without any napkins in said bag.Drinks was not even full.

The line was empty and my order taken immediately. But the wait to pay and get my food was horrible. I’m actually quite used to a line that moves slowly at any McDonald’s. When handed my food I checked to make sure everything was there but I didn’t know I would need to open my chicken nugget boxes to verify I received actual chicken nuggets. I drive over the bridge back to my home in Memphis. When I got home my kids were excited to eat McDonald’s! I had already ate a fry and they were under cooked terribly but my kids don’t really eat the fries anyway, I do. I also paid for them! But when I got the chicken nuggets out and opened the box there were 2 sausage Pattie’s inside the box. Not only am I extremely disappointed but so are my sons. Yea things happen but this right here is just unacceptable. I contacted corporate immediately after trying to contact the store directly and all they said was that a manager would contact me. If I weren’t sick I would drive right back and ask for a refund but being sick and absolutely worn out, I will save my gas and never go back again to this location. I know the Memphis locations are struggling terribly bad and I thought after leaving Walmart in west Memphis I would treat my kids and it would be better than our locations. I was wrong and it’s sad that so many McDonald’s have become so horrible. If I had money to waste, I wouldn’t even care. But i don’t! I have 3 kids and 1 income. McDonald’s is a privilege for us all!

Bathrooms were disgusting. Order taken by a Grumbly girl wearing a shirt that didn’t quite cover her belly. Just wanted an ice tea and a coffee. Medium Coffee was cold and literally only two thirds full. Took the coffee back was given a small coffee back with attitude. Can’t believe they are allowed to have a McDonald’s logo on this place!

Went through drive-through to order breakfast waited for about 10 minutes before pulling around to the window only to be told. The grill team never showed up and they weren’t gonna take any orders..
