The machine is injecting mold into the ice cubes - I filled and emptied my cup 3 times and got cubes with mold inside them every time. This is disgusting and would have to have been going on for WEEKS without cleaning or service. I told the girl running food and she didnt seem surprised or even concerned, like she already knew. She proceeded to carry 2 or 3 more people their food as she let the window girl fill cups for drive through customers from the same machine. No attempt to shut down the machine, empty the ice, or put up a sign, zero effort to remedy the damn mold dispenser. People are just coming and going constantly, at least 10-15 cars have gone through the drive through as I type this, EVERY ONE OF THEM DRINKING MOLD! If the local health department were open right now I'd be on the phone with them instead of only leaving a review, hoping to warn someone away. This is disgusting, the worst health violation I've ever witnessed at a restaraunt.

Called store while my daughter was still there and the store manager went out of her way to correct the issue and resolve the situation without hesitation. I did not get the managers name but she did a great job and her customer service skills were phenomenal. Thank you for resolving a situation that you had no control over and took ownership to make sure it was correct.
