  Consistently gets orders wrong just like every other West Memphis, fast food restaurant except Chick-fil-A. Today’s visit I was waiting in drive thru line for a little over 10 minutes. I was lucky to receive my food immediately at the window, but they still got half of my order wrong. What I get for not double checking. I try to give places a chance, and quickly regret them almost every time in WM. BTW I paid over $10 JUST for a small blizzard and didnt eat the cheeseburger which I didn’t want to begin with since it’s not the item I even ordered. Line was obviously too long to go back and wait another 10 minutes. It’s 3pm.

  Used to love going here but they lost a customer tonight. They were very stingy with the Oreo in my blizzard you could barely see any and I told the lady I was unhappy and I'd like to speak to a manager Without even seeing my problem he defended the worker even though she clearly admitted to adding more ice cream which means it wasn't blended correctly. And when I said they had done right in the past but not tonight and I was disappointed and probably wouldn't be back he quickly suggested I don't come back. Therefore I also suggest no one eats here but try sonic or Mcdonald instead since they are so rich they don't care about just making a simple concession for a customer.

  Usually take the kids they are mostly pretty busy and they still get it right and with a great attitude
