  Went to drive thru service was horrible the young lady who took the order had terrible customer service and my order was wrong

  Was in drive thru. Ordered a popcorn shrimp basket, but was given a chicken tenders basket. I went back to the drive thru and told them that my order was incorrect and was told to come inside. The girl that approached me at the counter asked me for receipt. I told her that, I wasn't given one but i had my box in hand. She and another coworker was rude and laughing as though they were mocking the situation. When I finally got my order, she didn't apologize for the mix up. It's very obvious these employees lack good customer service skills and respect. I will not be returning here.

  Best food I've had from a dairy queen. We ordered a number 5 and 6, and they were messy but good. My dad got a large coke and it was really carbonated but good. I got an oreo blizzard and it was really good. Would come again. Five stars!

  Cashier named Bailey was incompetent in customer service. Got my order wrong first of all. She had an impolite business communication style with unfriendly voice and no professional greeting that represents DQ in the least. To sum her up in two words: Bad manners!

  We vist 3x a week but today as I was ordering,I Asked the young lady if they could cook my chicken strips fresh I would wait on them. We went back & forth about the ordering process when someone started yelling at me on the ordering board 😒. I pulled up to the windows and spoke to the manager. She apologized for what had happened and i paid for my food. After getting the food, I didn't feel safe by eating it. I thew it all away!! Money wasted! We won't be back!!
