Staff is always rude and confused. The order is ALWAYS incorrect. I asked for cheese on a kids meal twice and the girl said it was good to go. Lo and behold when I go to the pick up window it didn’t have cheese and when I asked for cheese they said we asked for hamburgers not cheeseburgers. I asked TWICE for cheese and didn’t get it. When I asked for a burger with cheese they said it would be an additional 90c. I didn’t even get it at that point because it should have been charged when I asked for it. McDonald please do better!! I do not recommend you to this chain in West Helena! STAY AWAY!!!!

If I didn't have kids I wouldn't set foot here. The staff are absolutely disrespectful. They don't greet you or assist you. If you don't have to go here then DON'T because the staff seems to think we're doing them a favor by choosing to eat there. It's absolutely ridiculous!

the worst experience I’ve ever had. we sat in the drive thru for 30 plus minutes because they apparently turned the grill off. Then they re dipped our fries and gave us old nasty fries. They refused to give us the name of whoever cut the fryers off 2 hours early & the store phone goes straight to voicemail. All in all a terrible experience.

DO NOT recommend stopping here. Waiting 10 minutes to get half of my order in the drive through. Waited 10 more minutes and never got the other half. (A sandwhich, hash brown and a drink). Food tasted like cleaning products.
