My Fiancé and I had ordered 2 Big Macs when we stopped at a parking lot to eat the Big Macs was very cold and the bread tasted stale and the bread was falling apart. It was very disgusting like it have been sitting out for a while, yall gotta do better and have some direct and order in that place or it won’t be a McDonalds in West Helena.

Didn’t get receipt. Said couldn’t get one. Horrible place, food and people. Don’t waste your money. The strips were un-eatable.

Lo and behold when I go to the pick up window it didn’t have cheese and when I asked for cheese they said we asked for hamburgers not cheeseburgers. I asked TWICE for cheese and didn’t get it. When I asked for a burger with cheese they said it would be an additional 90c. I didn’t even get it at that point because it should have been charged when I asked for it. McDonald please do better!! I do not recommend you to this chain in West Helena! STAY AWAY!!!!

If you don't have to go here then DON'T because the staff seems to think we're doing them a favor by choosing to eat there. It's absolutely ridiculous!
- EWErica WheatNov 14, 20251.0the worst experience I’ve ever had. we sat in the drive thru for 30 plus minutes because they apparently turned the grill off. Then they re dipped our fries and gave us old nasty fries. They refused to give us the name of whoever cut the fryers off 2 hours early & the store phone goes straight to voicemail. All in all a terrible experience.
