  Wont spend another dime here again. I do not recommend nobody eating here! My Fiancé and I had ordered 2 Big Macs when we stopped at a parking lot to eat the Big Macs was very cold and the bread tasted stale and the bread was falling apart. It was very disgusting like it have been sitting out for a while, yall gotta do better and have some direct and order in that place or it won’t be a McDonalds in West Helena.

  Most rude people. Over charge me for 3 chicken strips 8.19$. Not a meal. Ordered a fish sandwich didn’t get it. Employee walked off when I tried to explain. Didn’t get receipt. Said couldn’t get one. Horrible place, food and people. Don’t waste your money. The strips were un-eatable.

  Staff is always rude and confused. The order is ALWAYS incorrect. I asked for cheese on a kids meal twice and the girl said it was good to go. Lo and behold when I go to the pick up window it didn’t have cheese and when I asked for cheese they said we asked for hamburgers not cheeseburgers. I asked TWICE for cheese and didn’t get it. When I asked for a burger with cheese they said it would be an additional 90c. I didn’t even get it at that point because it should have been charged when I asked for it. McDonald please do better!! I do not recommend you to this chain in West Helena! STAY AWAY!!!!

  If I didn't have kids I wouldn't set foot here. The staff are absolutely disrespectful. They don't greet you or assist you. If you don't have to go here then DON'T because the staff seems to think we're doing them a favor by choosing to eat there. It's absolutely ridiculous!
