  Love their food and they’re very friendly. Only gripe I have is what quite a few fast food joints do which is for some strange reason scraping the last few hard and old fries and serving that rather then just throwing away what is clearly not worth serving and making fresh fries. Especially when everything is so expensive the least you could expect is the food to be on point.

  Most horrible customer service and food I've had in a while!! First let me just says how rude the carhop was she had a really bad attitude and eye rolling problem, I called the manager a few nights ago to get my food corrected which was messed up she took my name and apologized I came in tonight and they didn't know anything about it apparently and only fixed 2 things in my previous order.... Then brought out the wrong drink and got an attitude when I asked for it to be corrected... The night crew girls are straight crap thanks to this young guy who was on point.

  It says on google that you open at 6am. I got there this morning at 6:25am and was told Sonic in Vilonia does not open until 6:30am. I politely said I would wait. I informed my car hop of what Google said and gave her a tip. I was going to leave it at that. However, when I got home with my breakfast burrito, I had 100% tortilla and 20% filling and it was not hot. I live five minutes from Sonic and that’s not enough time for my burrito to be this temperature. The burrito was not even rolled correctly. I was not going to leave a review about what time Sonic in Vilonia actually opens but my burrito was poorly made and I have to draw the line somewhere. For the past month, every time I leave for work between 6 and 6:30am, the lights at Sonic are always off indicating they are closed. Please fix the time on Google and food quality. Thank you

  I ordered a peanut butter and chocolate shake today and it was absolutely disgusting. The first time I tried to drink, nothing came up because I was trying to suck straight peanut butter through the straw. Then when I finally got that mixed in, I got a straw full of nothing but chocolate syrup. Like no one bothered to mix the shake at all. It was inedible!
