I probably wouldn’t leave a complain if it was simply the sauce. Accidents happen the bottle could have been new, but to wait so long when only 1 other car was there, while I watched 3 of the employees talking to a “customer” hanging out at the counter. The service and wait time at this location is always terrible

If you go through the drive through, 95% of the time you wait there to order for up to if not over 30 minutes and that’s with only a couple cars in the drive through. If you order online and go through the drive through, they cannot find the code/order and you end up having to come in. The food, more times than not, is cold. Perfect example of cold food is the fries and chicken McNuggets. The McMuffin is so hard and tough. Today we ordered pancakes and they did not give us any syrup. Why would you think a person would want pancakes without syrup and no my wife did not tell them “no syrup.” Everyone makes mistakes but Vilonia McDonalds is beyond bad. It has been this way for years too. I know people complain yet, nothing changes. Things need to change because the people living here or visiting Vilonia deserves better.
