The service is non existent, the food always tastes old and cold, they are always out of things, the workers have horrible attitudes and ALWAYS forget something in my bag. I don’t eat inside often but every time I have gone in, the tables and floors are absolutely disgusting. I’ve waited at the speaker box in the drive thru for a long time multiple times and I pull up to the first window and nobody is there and so I go to the next one and try to place my order and they always get an attitude and say that’s what the speaker box is for. Well guess what, it’s impossible to place your order when nobody answers. I understand it’s fast food and you shouldn’t expect much but there should be at least some level of professionalism and a baseline of customer service.

Thinking something must be wrong with the speaker, we continued on to the drive up window. No one there. We then drove up to the pick up window. A girl opened the window and we told her we would like to order some food bc no one would speak to us at the speaker. The girl rolled her eyes and an another employee made a comment to the co worker, “don’t you love that” . Very poor service. We came through on Sunday afternoon right at 1:00 pm Dec 21.

Then you wait in line every single time at least 20-30 minutes. The food is always crap like it’s been sitting for hours. We will no longer come to this McDonald’s

Manager told me still gonna be a 20 minute wait because they forgot to check it in could I pull forward I said no she said I needed to leave… just a sausage biscuit said gm only scheduled 3 people
