- JJJenn JacobsDec 23, 20251.0Looks like new owners have taken over and for the worst, used to love this place but now it takes 10-15 minutes in the drive thru waiting for one smoothie, there’s a huge lack of cleanliness in the store, their floors and tables are so sticky, and the staff working there is awful. The bosses don’t speak much English so it’s hard to understand them, and the little girls that work there are very rude and unfriendly; they look very unkempt and unprofessional. The girls never have any type of uniform on and one of them looks like she doesn’t own a hairbrush. I’ve also seen them make food without gloves on, handle money and then turn around and continue to make food without washing their hands. Really gross. Guess I’ll have to take my business to the Fort Smith location.
