First, none of the sandwiches were labeled, so we had to open each one to figure out which belonged to whom. Secondly, both my husband and my dad ordered steak and cheese sandwiches, but each had only about three small pieces of meat. In addition, the cheese on mine and my mom’s sandwiches was not melted, and there were barely any vegetables or sauce — it was mostly just bread. When I spend around $30 on sandwiches, I expect them to be made properly. I understand everyone can have an off day, but I’ve heard several similar complaints about this specific location and its staff. I don’t know who made our sandwiches, but when we picked them up, there was a man with brown hair behind the counter. This is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this Subway location.

The sandwiches are barely toasted that they get soggy and there weren’t enough veggies added. The honey mustard also tastes off. Please retrain. For the cost, this is so bad.
