As soon as the window opened the employee looked at me and said “Yeah?” Not a “Hey welcome to Subway can I take your order?” As I told him my order he sighed and mumbled inder his breath and obviously seemed frustrated. After waiting for 15-20 minutes in the drive thru (I was the only car in the drive thru), I got home and the sandwiches barely had any meat or vegetables on it. I will not be returning to this Subway ever again.

- ALAlexandra LlemitNov 7, 20251.0Last night, November 6th at 6:15 p.m., my husband and I picked up four sandwiches that we ordered through the app, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a Subway. First, none of the sandwiches were labeled, so we had to open each one to figure out which belonged to whom. Secondly, both my husband and my dad ordered steak and cheese sandwiches, but each had only about three small pieces of meat. In addition, the cheese on mine and my mom’s sandwiches was not melted, and there were barely any vegetables or sauce — it was mostly just bread. When I spend around $30 on sandwiches, I expect them to be made properly. I understand everyone can have an off day, but I’ve heard several similar complaints about this specific location and its staff. I don’t know who made our sandwiches, but when we picked them up, there was a man with brown hair behind the counter. This is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this Subway location.
