    My kids and myself stopped in for lunch on our way to Fort Smith. Alisa took care of us. She was FANTASTIC! She was so friendly and very helpful. Great experience here. I will definitely stop by when we go through town again.

    Ordered on the app for pickup, walked in and no sandwich. Dude finally says someone else walked out with it and to email corporate. Thanks James, you were a Pinnacle of customer service, awful

    DO NOT! order from this location. My wife placed an order online for me to pick up when I was done running errands. I gave them the name on the order and they told me they didn't have one under that name. They said to check the other location. I Told them that my wife had received a message saying the order had been picked up 10 minutes after she ordered it and I told them that was impossible. The girl behind the counter told me that this was normal and it automatically says that after a certain time, which I thought was weird. When I showed them the order information on my phone from the account, they immediately started back tracking saying "Oh, we did have an order for so and so." Then the other worker says "Yea, the strange thing is that there was someone that came in and said the name." I'm thinking, ok accidents happen, believing they were just going to remake my sandwiches, but no. The girl says that they needed authorization from the manager to remake the food. They said they wouldn't be back for a week! Our food was stolen, and I'm pretty sure there was no mystery man or women that came in and took it. They didn't even specify if it was a man or a woman to begin with. I'll be calling corporate and district manager to settle this fiasco.
