    No matter how "busy" you think you are there is no need in a manager being hateful with customers, I watched Nelly be hateful with multiple guests while waiting on my order for 30 almost 30 minutes not being asked if I needed help or what I was waiting on. Then I proceeded to ask for about my food and she said she didn't care and another employee kendry thought laughing was a good choice. Doubtful that anything gets done because this isn't the first issue I have has at this location with hateful employees and when I bring it to another managers attention they apologize but it doesn't really seem like their gonna do anything.

    I ordered a large coffee with 4 cream and 10 sugar on the mobile app. A specifically did this so that they could put on fresh coffee and would have time before I got there, yet tell me why my coffee was completely freaking cold and tasted like crap. So I went back through the drive-thru and told them the coffee was cold so they must have warmed the cold stuff up but still did not make it right because it had no sugar in it literally. I was so freaking mad their service sucks and this is the McDonald's on 64 highway in Van Buren

    29 minutes for 2 McDoubles thru drive-thru!! Employees definitely weren't in a hurry to rush orders out. So ridiculous!!
