  I cannot speak highly enough about Seven Brew in Van Buren, Arkansas, they are so very kind to my wife and I, they are very caring towards us, our service is exceptional, but they are that way with all customers, from managers to baristas in my opinion they are absolutely hands down the BEST. Van Buren is the Gold Standard of the industry and Seven Brew should be proud of what they bring to the table

  I am highly upset with 7Brew and their customer service. On April 4th I stopped in and asked for a $15 gift card. The young man responded with $50? My daughter and I both spoke up and said no $15, not $50. He laughed and said oh ok. I was not given a receipt, but didn’t worry about that because it would be on my acct by phone number or on my banking app. On April 7th, I was going through my banking app and saw I was in fact charged $50. I called the person I gave the card to and asked if they could call the number on the card and find out the balance. She did and it was in fact $50, not the $15 I requested. I drove back to the 7Brew where it all happened. I spoke with the manager. She was very sweet and said the only thing she could do would be to cancel that gift card and corporate would have to issue me a refund and it would take a few days. She said they are no longer allowed to do refunds after 48 hrs. I agreed to that and even purchased a new gift card for $15. April 21, I went back through and spoke with another manager explaining what happened. She asked for my name and phone number and said she would have a regional manager contact me. After 2 more days (April 23) had gone by and no one contacted me, I went back a 3rd time and spoke with the first manager. She asked if I had called corporate and I told her that I had called a couple of times but no one answers the phone. It just rings and rings. She said yeah I believe that. She explained to me that she did email corporate about what happened but they never responded to her. I will never again buy from any 7Brew. They got $65 of my money and I only got a $15 gift card. Had I known they were going to ignore me and not make the situation right, I would have kept the $50 card or not have purchased one at all.

  I love the brew crew in Van Buren, They are all so nice and helpful especially Macy. She went above and beyond for me on day when I was having an issue with my debit card. I go just about every morning.

  When i go to 7brew i know im always going to leave knowing im going have the best day ! they always have good words of encouragement ! they make my days 10x better and they don’t even know ! 11/10 drinks and service !

  Was a daily customer and this will no longer be the case. Yesterday I bought a med Blondie chiller as always and by the time I had a chance to realize it was completely watered down and NOT FROZEN I was already way past Alma. I figured I would just ask for a replacement today (4/11/2026 at 7:30am). The shift leader says she will not replace it because It’s the next day and I don’t have the cup. I don’t have it because it was sub par trash that I threw out. I spend $8 plus per morning on one cup of coffee, one would think that a little customer service and loyalty appreciation might be nice. I really wish we had Dutch Bros here because I don’t plan to visit 7brew again. Not getting anymore of my hard earned money
