  No menu board. No body to take your order. I was instructed to order through the germ infested computer on the counter. Im not touching that thing. Disgusting. All sense of customer service has been lost. Its the noon hour and there's almost no customers. I assume its because there is nobody there to take your order.

  If there are any reviews attacking a worker named Estrella they are fake. A current manager at Thompson st is making people leave bad reviews about her. I hope they are ashamed. By no way am I saying this is a great Taco Bell but she is a great worker and you should all come see for yourself instead of trusting hateful comments.

  The employee Estrella was very unpleasant and had a terrible attitude. She didn’t meet my standards on customer service. Acts like a complete child. Should be fired. Will be contacting corporate about her.

  We went to drive thur we left windows and checked food they forgot 3 things plus gave us the wrong drink .we got home and we're still short a pizza . If you don't check before you leave window it's always missing something. Springdale location is so much better.

  Ordered burritos and all the burritos were thin and not much ingredients ! My son said 80% tortilla ! Do better Taco Bell Tontitown !
