Fries tasted like crap. Like they were cooked in old oil that they cook everything else in. Sandwich was made totally wrong from the way it was ordered. No ketchup, salt, pepper, or napkins.
I won't be going back.

Took about 2 minutes for someone to come to the drive thru . I order a sandwich with no pickles. 5 or 7 minutes later I get my sandwich with 5 pickles In it. What a place. Not only I wait for a long time so they can get my order wrong. The funny thing is the guy who gave me the order repeated my order. No pickle right …

I came here for lunch with my Mom today & Elizabeth took our order & I have never in my life been spoken to SO rudely. She was impatient & rude. You can't talk to customers like that. Terrible service.

This might possibly be the most mismanaged, un-led, disorganized Sonic in North America. This is a pic of the strawberry slush I got today. All four of them looked like this. The reasoning “our slush machine is extra thick today”
Let’s not pretend, your slushies come from a bib system. Whoever is running the store needs to either maintain the equipment or change the empty bib out.
This isn’t the 1st, 2nd, or even 5th time this location has failed to deliver. Last week, I waited at the drive thru menu for 9 minutes while the girl at the window visited with her friends who were outside their car standing around the pickup window.
Multiple times orders have been wrong, missing items, etc.
I’m a multi-unit owner of a national franchise. I understand the challenges of running restaurants, building culture in your stores, and maintaining excellence. I LOVE Sonic, but this absolutely misses the mark. Reach out if you’d ever like some operational help.
