Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    I visited this establishment for the 3rd time to get my food right. Today, another disappointing visit. I don't understand why they can't get my order right. I believe it's because they just don't care. I will never ever visit them again. I reached out to corporate and they are just as bad with the I don't give a damn what happened attitude. I have tried and tried to make things better, and it's just crazy how customer service is just garbage. You pay a premium cost for their food, you should expect a premium product hot, fresh and made correctly .It's really not complicated at all. PEOPLE JUST DONT CARE.

    We arrived during shift change and it was busy. We sat for 15 minutes and still no order. The manger got right on it and we had fresh fries and burgers. Then offered us another drink, brownies or anything else for free. She was the best and made our experience well worth it!
